In it, there is a large number of German soldiers belonging to <em>Luftwaffe</em> and <em>Heer</em> corps and there is plenty of pictures of Italian military men belonging to <em>R.S.I.</em> (<em>Italian Social Republic</em>) There are other very important pictures, such as the ones representing Russian soldiers of <em>Turkistan Legion</em>, composed by ex prisoners and volunteers, or the ones representing two of the most important SS divisions: the <em>Leibstandarte Adolf Hitler</em> and the <em>Reichsf&uuml;hrer</em>.</p> <p>The importance of this series is due to the fact that nearly all the pictures were taken by the photographers mentioned before in their studios, since they had been chosen on purpose by German commandos because of their professionalism.</p></td></tr></table> fotocroce@libero.it 2009-03-28 18:00:30 Wed, 08 Feb 2012 14:36:43 GMT+1 http://www.photomuseumpiacenza.com/en/index.php/news/show/deutsche-truppen-in-italien-series
